- Completing the Application: Begin by filling out the application on RentCafe.com and pay the $100 application fee. Every occupant above 18 years old must complete the application. Approval depends on factors like credit history, rental history, background check, and verifiable income (at least three times the rental amount).
- Documentation: Prepare to submit your photo ID and proof of income for all applicants.
- Approval Time: Approval typically takes a minimum of 72 business hours, but may take longer in certain cases.
- Lease Signing: Upon approval, you’ll sign your lease and pay move-in costs through your RentCafe.com account.
- BBQ grills are not allowed except in designated areas. No grills of any kind are allowed within 25 feet of the apartments.
- Pets: We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment weighing under 75 pounds each, with a non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.
- Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside units and within 25 feet of buildings.
- Guests: Visitors staying more than ten days within a six-month period must undergo the application process and be added to the lease agreement. Resident(s) and guest(s) shall comply with all community policies as stated in the lease agreement affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy, and preservation of the property
You’re required to have $100,000 in renter’s insurance liability coverage, naming Zurqui LLC as an interested party, covering damages caused by residents or their guests. Additional coverage for personal property is recommended.
Crime has no zipcode, but at Zurqui we have specific measures in place for resident safety tailored to each property, including extensive exterior lighting packages, and security cameras where available. However, it is your responsibility to remain aware of your surroundings, and to take proper actions to secure your personal property.
Notify Management in writing 30 days prior to the end of the lease. To receive your security deposit back, fulfill the lease term, provide a forwarding address, leave the apartment clean and free of personal belongings.
Termination agreements are available upon written request to management, with applicable fees and conditions outlined.
