Yes, as a resident, you are expected to adhere to the community’s rules and regulations. These guidelines are in place to maintain a harmonious living environment for all. You can find a copy of these rules in your lease.

Please submit all maintenance requests through your RentCafe account or call us at (225) 778-9883. While routine maintenance is scheduled, you can also let us know if you need service outside of schedule.

Residents can pay their monthly rent or late fees through RentCafe.com or Money Order.

Notify Management in writing 30 days prior to the end of the lease. To receive your security deposit back, fulfill the lease term, provide a forwarding address, leave the apartment clean and free of personal belongings.
